How is Aisales different from a chatbot?

Is my buyer data safe under UAE regulations?
Yes. Aisales runs on Azure UAE North — your data never leaves the country. We're aligned with RERA Dubai and ADREC Abu Dhabi data-residency requirements out of the box, plus GDPR-friendly handling of any EU residents browsing your site.
How fast can my agency be live?

Does Aisales speak Arabic?
Both English and Arabic, by default. Buyers chat in either language and the bot mirrors them. Your agents see clean, structured leads in English regardless of which language the conversation happened in.
Will it fabricate listings or RERA permits?
No — that's a hard product invariant. Aisales only mentions listings you've uploaded and only quotes the RERA / DLD permit number attached to that specific listing. If a buyer asks about an area you don't have inventory for, the bot says so and offers your closest match instead of inventing one.
Do I need to change my CRM?
No. Aisales delivers leads to your team via email, WhatsApp alert, and a clean web dashboard at
admin.propbot.ae. CRM integration (HubSpot, PropSpace, Bitrix) is on the roadmap — talk to us about which one matters for your team.What does cancellation look like?
No minimum term. Cancel any month with 30 days' notice. We export your conversation history and lead database in Excel, hand it over, and shut down your tenant. No hostage data, no exit fees.
